ORDER FULFILLMENT 

Please allow 2 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

SHIPPING COST

We’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders to USA, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. No minimum purchase required.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on the destination country, but it usually takes 7 to 12 days for your parcel to arrive at your location. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take up to 3-4 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's custom clearance processes. 

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility. Innovio does not have any control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements. 

PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY

All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution. Innovio may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please write to us immediately at contact@goinnovio.com to see if we're able to make any adjustments to your order. If the order hasn't been shipped out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
